Hosting services
An eligible hosting plan may include a refund period only when it is stated in the order details. Setup fees, licenses, add-ons, excess usage and completed professional work may be excluded.
Domain names
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, restorations and premium-domain transactions are generally non-refundable once submitted or completed, except where required by law or allowed by the registrar.
VPS, cloud and dedicated servers
Provisioned servers, operating-system licenses, control-panel licenses, IP addresses and setup charges may be non-refundable. Any eligible cancellation terms are shown before purchase.
Email, SSL and third-party services
Refunds may be restricted after a mailbox, license or certificate has been activated, issued or validated. The applicable provider policy controls.
How to request a review
Send the account or order reference and reason for the request to info@linkyoutechnologies.com. Approval and timing depend on product eligibility and the original payment method.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the available original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
